Easy Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Pillsbury pie crusts
1 large pkg. mixed vegetables (frozen)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
chicken and broth
onion (if desired)
Preparation

Place bottom pie crust in pie dish.
Mix in a bowl the vegetables, soup, onion and chicken broth to desired consistency. Pressure cook chicken.
Put vegetable mixture in pie crust.
Layer pieces of chicken on top.
Add small amount of additional broth if needed.
Put top crust on.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
