Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 lb. ground meat
    1 large chopped onion
    8 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. cumin
    2 or 3 cans Bush's red beans
    1 small can tomato sauce
    4 small cans water
Preparation
    In 5-quart or larger pan, put ground meat, chopped onion, chili powder, salt and pepper to taste and cumin.
    Over medium heat, cook until meat is brown.
    Take 1 or 1 1/2 cups grease off. Add red beans, tomato sauce, water, 5 tablespoons chili powder, salt and pepper to taste and 1 tablespoon cumin.
    Bring to a boil, then turn heat down and simmer for 45 minutes.
