Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cooked and diced chicken
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 medium onion
    1/2 stick butter
    3 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Combine all ingredients in large casserole dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 in covered dish until rice is tender.
