Texas Apple Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 Granny Smith apples, chopped
    2 c. red bell peppers (2 large)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    4 jalapeno peppers (unseeded), chopped
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. apple cider vinegar (5%)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes. Seal in jars or may be refrigerated for up to 1 month in unsealed jar.
