Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. celery salt
Preparation

Mix softened cheeses well with seasonings and pecans.
Shape into a ball and wrap in waxed paper and chill.
When well chilled, shape into a firm ball or log.
(May wait to add pecans until ball is firm and roll to cover or roll in chopped parsley, chili powder or sprinkle with paprika for serving.)
