Oven Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped ham
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk by hand; stir in other ingredients.
    Pour into buttered 8-inch glass baking dish.
    Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean.
    Any kind of meat may be used instead of ham.
    Try bacon or crab.
    They are both good.
    Good any meal.
