Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 c. squash, cook and drain
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 small onion, diced
    1 c. fine cracker crumbs
    4 Tbsp. bacon bits
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix these ingredients well and sprinkle over squash mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
