Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. margarine, softened
    1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can desired fruit pie filling
Preparation
    Thoroughly
    blend
    graham
    cracker crumbs, margarine and 1/4 cup sugar.
    Press firmly against bottom and 2 1/2 inches up sides of
    an
    8-inch spring-form pan.
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add
    1
    cup sugar and vanilla.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time. Blend
    in
    sour cream.
    Spread in prepared pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 60
    minutes.
    Turn
    off
    oven, leaving door slightly ajar.
    Allow cheese cake to remain in oven for 1 hour.
    Cool in pan.
    Chill
    4 hours
    or
    overnight.
    Remove side of pan.
    Top with pie filling. Makes 10 wedges.
