Salmonettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

approximately 14 oz. either canned salmon or tuna
1 slightly beaten egg
1/2 c. flour
1 heaping tsp. baking powder
Preparation

After the rabbit has been cleaned and soaked in salt water, cut off front and back legs.
Cut back in two pieces.
Wash and soak again in salt water.
Salt and flour; put in skillet where cooking oil has been added.
Brown rabbit on both sides, turning often. Pour little water in skillet and cook for 1 hour on low heat.
