Maple Custard(Diabetic Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. dietetic maple syrup
    2 tsp. maple flavoring
    dash of salt
    2 c. low-fat milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs with maple syrup, flavoring and salt until foamy and well blended.
    Gradually beat milk into egg mixture.
    Transfer into 6 custard cups.
    Place cups into a pan of hot water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Custard is done when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
