7-Up Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted cake flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. 7-Up
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and butter. Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add flour, one cup at a time, beating until smooth. Add 7-Up and flavorings.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, keeping door closed all during time of cooking.
