Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lg. or 2 small pkg. black cherry jello (or favorite flavor)
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 pkg. strawberries
    2 small containers Sour cream
    pecans if desired
Preparation
    Add 2 cups of boiling water to jello.
    Let cool for a few minutes.
    Add all of the other ingredients, except the sour cream. Pour half of the mixture into a dish and let chill.
    Next, spread sour cream on first half of mixture.
    Next, spread second half of jello mixture onto the sour cream.
    Congeal
    until firm.
    May be prepared day before serving.
