Low Cholesterol Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. rolled oats
    2 egg whites
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together.
    Stir into oats. Beat egg whites with a fork and then combine with sugar, oil, milk, vanilla and raisins.
    Lastly, combine with flour mixture; mix well.
    Drop by teaspoon on oiled cookie sheet.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 3 dozen.
    Shorter baking time makes for a chewy cookie.
    Bake longer and they are crisp.
