Skewered Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cut chicken into strips, 1 1/4-inches wide and 1/4-inch thick. Thread strips loosely into 6 to 8 skewers.
    Place skewers in 2 layers in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour over chicken.
    Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours; drain.
    Grill over hot coals 3 to 4 minutes per side.
    Garnish with cherry tomatoes and parsley.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
