Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 jars jr. baby carrots (stage 2)
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Sift together first 4 ingredients and set aside.
Beat oil and sugar together; add eggs, one at a time.
