Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 medium potatoes, mashed or 2 envelopes instant mashed potatoes or like amount of leftovers
1/2 stick margarine
1 large pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 small container sour cream
1 medium minced onion
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Add the margarine to the potatoes and mix. Add the cream cheese, sour cream and onion.
Add separately and mix after each item.
Put in greased baking dish. Garnish top with paprika and/or Parmesan cheese. Casserole is best if made ahead of time and let cool before baking.
Can be made the day before. Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
