Country Fried Chuck - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. flour
3 Tbsp. fat
2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Combine the ground chuck, 2 teaspoons salt, pepper and 3/4 cup flour and mix well.
Roll out on floured board about 1/2-inch thick and cut in 4-inch squares.
Place in hot fat in a skillet and cook until lightly browned.
