Pina Colada Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 white cake mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can coconut
1 carton Cool Whip
1 c. oil
1 tsp. rum extract
1 1/3 c. water
2 eggs
1 can creme of coconut
Preparation

Pour oil in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Swish around.
Pour in cake mix, eggs, water, pineapple and half of coconut.
Beat with fork until smooth.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Punch holes in hot cake and pour creme of coconut over top of cake.
Chill.
Cover with Cool Whip and rest of coconut.
