Chunk Of Cheese Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 medium onion (chopped)
1/4 Cup minced parsley
3/4 Cup dry bread crumbs
8 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese (cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 Cup milk
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except the cheese, mix until well blended.
Once blended add cheese cubes and mix making sure to distribute the cheese chunks evenly.
Pack into loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for 1-1 1/2 hours.
Pour off liquid.
Cool slightly before cutting.
