Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak (90% fat off)
    1 large can mushrooms (with juice)
    1 medium onion, diced
    3 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cut meat into strips.
    Brown in butter with salt and pepper. Add mushrooms and juice, onion and soups.
    Cook gently until meat is tender.
    When serving (over noodles), bring to boil; add small carton sour cream and return to heat to serve.
