Stir-Fried Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken breast
    1 lb. frozen vegetables
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Brown
    chicken\tbreast pieces for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add oil and frozen vegetables.
    Saute for 5 minutes.
