Yummy Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 boxes chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk

Preparation

Mix the oleo, flour and pecans together.
Bake in pan at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Cool layer.
