Date-Nut Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. sausage
3 c. Bisquick
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. dates, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Combine sausage, Bisquick and cheese until thoroughly blended.
Knead in remaining ingredients.
With hands, roll dough into small balls (about 1-inch) and place on cookie sheet.
Bake for 13 minutes.
Cool.
Store in airtight container or freeze.
Yields 6 to 8 dozen.
