Sour Cream Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak or cube steak
flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. oil
3 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. water
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
-
Pound flour into meat.\tDust with salt, pepper, paprika and mustard.
Heat oil; add butter.
Sear steak on one side.
Turn, add onion, water, soy sauce, brown sugar and sour cream.
Cover and simmer 1 hour.
