Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. ladyfingers, split
1 (8 serving) pkg. strawberry Jell-O (sugar-free)
1 pt. strawberries
1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 tub Cool Whip (lite)
Preparation

Trim 3/4-inch from ends of ladyfingers.
Place ends on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
Stand rest of ladyfingers around side of pan (cut sides facing in).
Reserve 2 strawberries for garnish. Mash rest of berries.
Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until dissolved.
Add ice cubes and stir until melted.
Add Cool Whip and mashed berries, stir gently until well blended. Refrigerate 10 minutes until very thick.
Spoon into pan.
Refrigerate until firm.
Remove side of pan.
Garnish with reserved berries.
Makes 12 servings.
