Velvety White Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    7 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. plain flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream sugar and Crisco together.
    Add eggs one at a time. Sift flour and add to egg mixture with milk.
    Add vanilla and salt.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 in a tube pan for 1 1/2 hours.
    Grease and flour pan before pouring the batter in.
