Poppy Seed Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. poppy seed
Preparation

Prepare cake mix according to directions.
If cake mix calls for more water, add it.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.
Add oil and pudding; beat to mix.
Add poppy seed and blend in.
Bake in angel food cake pan for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Remove from oven and invert on bottle until cool.
Remove from pan onto serving plate.
Dust with powdered sugar.
Frosting not needed.
