Barbecue Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roast
    1 bottle Cattleman's
    1 bottle liquid smoke
    garlic powder
    celery salt
    onion powder
Preparation
    Sprinkle generously with onion powder, garlic powder and celery salt.
    Pour 1 whole bottle liquid smoke over meat. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
    Bake 3 hours at 300\u00b0, covered. Pour Cattleman's barbecue sauce over roast and bake uncovered for 1 hour longer.
    Total cooking time is 4 hours at 300\u00b0.
