Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can pineapple chunks
2 to 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. plain flour
1 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving liquid. Combine sugar and flour. Stir in 3 tablespoons liquid. Add cheese and pineapple chunks. Mix well. Put in greased casserole dish.
