Rock 'N Roll Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    10 fresh peaches
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, 1 stick butter, milk and salt to form crust.
    Roll out dough about 1/4-inch thin.
    Sprinkle sliced peaches on top of crust.
    Hand roll crust into a log.
    Slice log vertically into 1 1/2-inch sections.
    Stand sections upright in pan.
    Mix sugar, water and 1/2 stick butter.
    Bring to a boil to make a light syrup.
    Pour over peach rolls.
    Bake until brown.
