Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
Preparation
    Combine oil and sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Combine dry ingredients and add to oil mixture.
    Stir in vanilla and pineapple.
    Pour into a well-greased 10-inch tube pan or 12 cup Bundt pan.
    Set oven temperature to 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0.
    Bake for 1 hour or until tested done.
    Invert pan and let cool about 10 minutes.
    Remove cake carefully.
    Cool completely.
    Sprinkle 10x powdered sugar on cake before serving, if desired.
