Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. pecans
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs (unbeaten)
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients (except sugar).
    In another bowl, mix sugar and oil.
    Alternate adding other dry ingredients and eggs to oil and sugar mixture.
    Add carrots and nuts to mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in a Bundt pan.
