Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can chili beans
1 head lettuce
2 diced tomatoes
1 medium onion, diced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. Fritos, crushed or whole
Preparation

Fry ground beef; drain and add taco seasoning and chili beans. Cool.
Break lettuce in bowl and add tomatoes, onion and cheese. Add meat mixture last and just before serving, add Fritos, so they don't soften.
