1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 (1/2 inch thick) center cut loin pork chops
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
4 green pepper rings
