Old-Fashion Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork steak
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large onion, cut up
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    5 medium size potatoes
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. milk or more (if desired)
Preparation
    Cut up pork into small cubes, removing all fat.
    Cover with water in a large pot.
    Bring water to a nice boil; skim top of water.
    Add salt and pepper according to taste.
    Add onion and celery; cook about 1 hour until meat is done.
    Add potatoes, cut into bite size cubes.
    Cook until potatoes are done, not mushy. Mix in a medium bowl 2 cups of flour and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Beat in eggs and 1/2 cup of milk.
    Add milk if too dry.
    Drop into soup at full boil.
    Cook 5 to 8 minutes.
    Turn soup off.
    Add milk to taste.
