Black Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. black beans, soaked and cooked to directions or substitute 2 cans Mexican black beans
2 to 4 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 c. chopped green pepper or red pepper
1/2 to 1 c. chopped green onions
2 avocados, chopped
1 jar medium or mild Pace chunky salsa
1/2 tsp. cumin
chopped cilantro to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Best served at room temperature.
