Strawberry Ice Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 pt. (2 c.) vanilla ice cream (can use strawberry)
1 pkg. frozen strawberries, drained, or 1 c. fresh strawberries, sweetened and drained
1 tsp. plain gelatin
1 baked pie shell

Preparation

Mix well, jello,
gelatin,
water
and sugar until dissolved. Stir in
ice
cream
until\tmelted\tand
smooth.
Add strawberries.
Pour into pie shell.
Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip (Cool Whip is what I use).
Keep in refrigerator.
