Chinese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, unsalted, al dente Uncle Ben's rice (not the instant)
    1 small onion, minced
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 chopped rareripes
    2 slices pressed ham, minced
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Lightly saute minced onion, add rice and toss until the grains are covered, about 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add beaten egg and stir-fry until cooked.
    Add diced (small diced) meat and rareripes. Shake in soy sauce until rice becomes a light brown.
    Stir constantly.
