Mock Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. grated zucchini
1 egg (squeeze out water)
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and form into cakes.
Fry in shallow oil.
