Orange-Pineapple Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

60 Hi Ho crackers, finely crushed
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice (undiluted)
2 (11 oz.) cans Mandarin oranges, drained and cut in pieces
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
a few well drained maraschino cherries, quartered
Preparation

Mix crackers, sugar and margarine.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan (save 1 cup crumbs for topping).
In large bowl, mix together Eagle Brand milk and orange juice.
Add oranges and pineapple and fold in Cool Whip.
Spread mixture over the crumb crust.
Sprinkle reserved cup of crumbs on top.
Dot with maraschino cherries. Chill in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
Serves 12 to 15.
