Hot Dutch Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1 qt. hot cubed cooked potatoes
    1/4 c. grated raw carrot
Preparation
    Dice bacon and fry.
    Add chopped onion and green pepper.
    Cook 3 minutes.
    Add vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and beaten egg.
    Cook slightly; add cubed potatoes, grated carrot and hard-cooked eggs. Blend and serve.
