Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1 baked pie crust
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; melt and cool chocolate.
Blend into butter and sugar mixture, then add vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time; beat for 5 minutes after each.
Turn into pie crust shell and chill for several hours.
Top with whipped cream, if desired. Add orange extract.
