Anadama Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 6 1/2 c. flour, sifted
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. margarine,softened
    2 c. hot water
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. corn meal
    1/2 c. molasses
Preparation
    In
    a
    large bowl mix 3 cups flour, salt, corn meal and yeast. Add
    margarine
    and gradually add hot water and molasses.
    Beat 2 minutes with mixer.
    Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead until smooth, about 8 minutes.
    Put dough in
    greased
    bowl, turn dough, and grease top.
    Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
