Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sliced cooked carrots, cooled
1 medium onion, cut into rings
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 can cream of tomato soup
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
black pepper to taste
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Combine the first 3 ingredients.
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the first mixture.
Let set in refrigerator 12 hours before serving. Will keep in refrigerator several weeks. Drain before serving.
