Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. fresh or frozen corn
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. water
3/4 stick melted butter
Preparation
-
Mix, adding corn and butter last.
Pour in greased casserole dish and cook at 450\u00b0 until it begins to brown.
Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and cook until firm, 30 to 40 minutes.
