Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    5 cubes chicken based bouillon
    1 qt. water
    1 large diced onion
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 c. flour
    1 qt. warm milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon in water (large pot).
    Add broccoli and cook until well done.
    In a saucepan, make a roux.
    Melt butter; add onions and cook until limp.
    Sprinkle flour over onions, stirring with wire whisk until all is stirred in, then add milk.
    Stir; thicken and add to soup stock.
    Add cheese and spices and cream.
