Edna'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. cocoa plus a little more (if you want)
1 c. light corn syrup (almost)
1 can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 jar marshmallow cream
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Preparation

In a saucepan, combine together sugar, salt, cocoa, corn syrup, milk and butter.
Cook to a soft ball stage.
Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow cream and vanilla.
Beat and stir in nuts. Pour into a buttered pan and let sit.
