Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 c. milk or cream
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Cream butter until smooth.
    Add sugar and vanilla.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Add flour, milk and pecans.
    Mix well.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Combine powdered sugar and milk.
    Roll cookies in the sugar mixture and then in coconut.
