Cranberry Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. whole raw cranberries
3 c. peeled apples, cored and chopped
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 can spray vegetable oil
1 1/3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 stick oleo, melted
Preparation

Spray a 2-quart casserole with a vegetable oil.
Place in it a mixture of the cranberries and apples.
Sprinkle with lemon juice. Cover with sugar.
In a medium mixing bowl, blend just to moisten the oatmeal, walnuts, brown sugar and melted oleo.
Pour crumb mixture over fruit.
Bake, uncovered, in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 hours.
Delicious with turkey, chicken or served hot over ice cream.
