Mixed Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bunches turnip greens
    3 bunches mustard greens
    salt to taste
    sugar to taste
    3 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    6 smoked neckbones
Preparation
    Boil neckbones in water about 30 minutes or until tender.
    Pick greens.
    Wash greens 3 times or until water is clean.
    Put greens in the pot with neckbones.
    Boil on low for 2 hours.
    Cook 30 minutes.
    Add salt, sugar and bell pepper.
    May add turnip if desired.
    Slice 4 turnips.
    Wash and add to greens.
    Let greens cook on low with turnips 1 hour.
    Cook greens 2 hours.
    Cook neckbones 30 minutes before adding greens.
